Backstreet Boys Announced for Official Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix Afterparty at Sphere

The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX and Sphere Entertainment Co. have announced a new post-race event featuring the Backstreet Boys during the 2026 race weekend.

The F1 Afterparty will take place at Sphere on Saturday, November 21, marking a partnership between the Formula 1 event and Sphere, bringing together the race weekend’s entertainment programming with the venue’s immersive technology and live performance capabilities.

“Las Vegas is the only place in the world where Formula 1, the Backstreet Boys and Sphere can come together for one unforgettable night,” said Emily Prazer, President and CEO of Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc.

“F1 Afterparty reflects what makes the Las Vegas Grand Prix so distinctive, giving fans the opportunity to see an iconic group like the Backstreet Boys perform at Sphere as part of a race weekend experience you can’t find anywhere else,” Prazer continued.

The Backstreet Boys previously performed a sold-out run of shows at Sphere, making the group one of the artists to headline performances at the venue since its opening. Their return will bring the group back to the Las Vegas venue for a one-night event tied to Formula 1 weekend.

“As Las Vegas welcomes visitors from around the world for Formula 1 weekend, Sphere will once again deliver entertainment at a scale unmatched by any other venue,” shared Jen Koester, President and Chief Operating Officer of Sphere. “F1 Afterparty will feature the Backstreet Boys, whose critically acclaimed, sold-out Sphere performances exemplify our commitment to bringing iconic artists together with groundbreaking technology to create experiences only Sphere can deliver.”
