Ticketfly has been the victim of a cyber attack on its systems, pulling its entire network offline to protect the integrity of their data earlier this morning. Visitors to Ticketfly.com are greeted with a blank page, carrying only text at the top of the screen that reads “All Ticketfly and related systems are temporarily offline. Please check back for updates.”

Amplify first reported the outage, sending an email early Thursday with a statement from Ticketfly on the incident:
Following a series of recent issues with Ticketfly properties, we’ve determined that Ticketfly.com has been the target of a cyber incident. Out of an abundance of caution, we have taken all Ticketfly systems temporarily offline as we continue to look into the issue. We realize the gravity of this decision, but the security of client and customer data is our top priority. We are working tirelessly to get our clients back up and running.
It is unclear at this time the nature of the attack, or whether any of the ticketing company’s systems were breached. The company posted its first tweet in several days announcing the outage just after 7 a.m. Eastern. Both fans concerned about presales and venue partners have expressed concern about the outage, and how it will impact their plans for using the service.
I’m glad you are protecting us, but we have major events coming up and this is a major financial issue for us. Any timetable on being back up or at least having backstage up so we can print hard tickets?
