The Broadway production of “Wicked” will welcome two new witches to the Gershwin Theatre this spring.
Starting March 3, Keri René Fuller, who has been the standby for Elphaba, will take on the role full time. Emma Flynn, known for playing Cher in the West End production of “Clueless,” will make her Broadway debut as Glinda.
Fuller and Flynn will replace Lencia Kebede and Allie Trimm, who will perform their final shows on March 1. Fuller’s Broadway credits include “SIX,” “Jagged Little Pill,” and “Waitress.” Flynn, a graduate of The Hartt School of Music, has appeared in U.S. regional productions of “Guys and Dolls,” “Beautiful,” and “Legally Blonde.”
The current “Wicked” company also features Brad Oscar as The Wizard, Jenna Bainbridge from “Suffs” as Nessarose, Tony nominee NaTasha Yvette Williams from “Some Like It Hot” as Madame Morrible, Daniel Quadrino from “The Who’s Tommy” as Boq, Jordan Litz as Fiyero, and William Youmans as Doctor Dillamond.
